DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Consulting is a people-oriented business, and we need our employees to challenge us and think differently, because we believe that different ideas will bring unexpected and better results, which is the key to their and our customers' lasting success. Diverse and inclusive teams shape our employees in terms of skills, experience, background and personality. It's one of our strengths and it makes us better.
At Laversons, how can we promote diversity and inclusion?
we take initiatives and activities to explore openness to bring the best results to our employees and customers. We want our employees to have a sense of belonging. Our business ethics guide our actions - both externally and internally. Here are some of the things we've done at Laversons to promote diversity and inclusiveness:
#01
Ensure flexible work arrangements to meet individual needs such as parenting, parental care and other personal needs.
#02
Affinity programs such as "women @ Laversons", "competence @ Laversons" and "Pride @ Laversons" are led by our staff and supported by the human resources department. These affinity actions show our blind spots and lead us to discuss specific unconscious biases.
#03
Training and activities, such as our women's leadership program, as well as online and on-site training on our business ethics and cultural diversity.
Internal and external thinking leadership and joint campaigns help our employees and outsiders understand why diversity and inclusiveness are essential to us, our customers and society.
We make diversity and inclusion a company wide priority. Diversity and inclusiveness are rooted in our five fundamental beliefs (commitment, team, excellence, passion, management), which guide and encourage us to achieve lasting success for our employees, our customers and our company. Country heads deal with specific diversity and inclusion challenges, especially those closely related to them. To this end, we have signed leading diversity initiatives such as the Charter on diversity and the United Nations Global Compact.
